Senior forward Joe Carty scored 29 points and added 15 rebounds to lead Natick (3-0 overall, BSC) past Needham in a Bay State Conference matchup.
Earlier in the week Carty lead Natick with 18 points and 13 rebounds knocking off visiting rival Framingham, 73-59.
