No games should be played if temperature is under 50 degrees.

Rescheduling Games

Coaches:  Use this master schedule to find available fields and dates to schedule make-up games.....then you can e-mail Rick Rohlin to try and reserve that field, and get your game added to the master schedule.  (rohlin92@gmail.com)

Reporting Games to Warren Times Observer

Coaches - here are 3 different ways to report your games to the newspaper.  (T-ball is the only division that does not report their games)  For the training division, the home team usually reports the game. For all other divisions the winning team reports the games. 



Game Cancellation Protocol

It is the responsibility of the Home Team Coach to cancel a game:
  • Call and notify the Visting Team Coach
  • Call and notify the Umpire for your game
  • Call your players 
  • Text Angie Hamilton @ 688-1655 so she can cancel concession stand workers
