Dear Warhawk Parents –

Its that time again…….

Our program continues to grow and has become the largest in the area.  Thus, we need to again get a handle on just how large our program is going to be in 2009.    However, in order to do this we will need 100% cooperation and compliance with our registration procedure. 

•  Registration will take place on March 8, 2009  from 1pm – 4pm  at the Glenwood Community Center
• Registration fee is $160.00    Flag registration fee   $85  Cheer Registration
• New for 09 - Tackle football for 6 year olds.
• NO registrations accepted until March 8, 2009
• March 10, 2009 players can register with Rec & Parks: on-line, fax, walk-in, phone in (No Guarantees there will be openings come the 10^th)
• You must sign up for a specific age group (Age weight charts attached)
• You may register for a playback spot (Older But Lighter), but due to the high number of playbacks it is not guaranteed that your son will end up in that division
• We will have scales on hand to aid in proper placement
• As a general rule -  kids under 100lbs will gain between 5lbs-10lbs – kids over 100lbs will gain between 8lbs- 15lbs - depending on your child’s age and build - between March and the start of football season

As experienced football parents, please make every effort to know which age group will best suit your child.  Please reach out to your coach from last year if you are not sure which division to register

March 10, 2009, on line registration will be available, no guarantees on space availability.  Registration on March 8, 2009 is any time between 1-4 and it will guarantee your child a spot in the Warhawk program. 

We will also accept coaching applications on or before March 8, 2009 (see attached).
