Wappingers Crew Club: Parent's Meeting Dates
Important Notes from May 6th Parent Meeting
Tonights Notes:
* All rowers need to be at the race venue Friday @ 4:30 or close to
* TRAILER: Only rowers and coaches at the boat trailer, they will send your
rower to the food/viewing tent when they can. We had too many people
at the trailer and to many distractions. Thank you, The Coaches
* Novice Boys & Girls: you do not need to stay over Saturday night unless
you want to.
All rowers are not to leave Saturday until the boats are derigged and loaded
and everything is cleaned up.
When your race is done your coach will send you to our viewing tent so you can
watch the races and cheer your team on. This way they will know where to find you.
Please do not ask them all day when you can leave, They will let you know when all is done.
* Some rowers will not be racing this weekend and your coach will let you know by tomorrow
if you will not be rowing.
* 10 X 10 Tents: If you have a tent we could use this weekend please let me know. We will
set (2) up at the boat trailer and others will be used at the food tent area. Thanks
* Academic requirements: Please remind your rower that we do review grades and if you do not
have a 70 overall average or are failing more than 1 class you will be suspended until next 5 week
progress report or report card.
* Driving to regattas: Rowers should not be driving themselves to our away races: Saratoga
or Syracuse.

4/1/2013 Meeting Information
We have moved the parent meeting to the boat house to make it easier.This will be an informational meeting to go over the racing season and for you to
ask questions.
Topics:
*Food
*What to bring
*Hotel information
*Paperwork: Medical is due now. Any dues that are due. (If you need additional time please speak to a board member.)
And general information regarding the upcoming racing season :)
