Feb 15, 2012: Meeting to Kick off the 2012 Season
Waltham Girls Softball will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, February 15th at 6:30pm at the Waltham Public Library in the Trustee Room. Anyone who is interested in helping shape our plans for the 2012 season is invited to attend. We will be talking about reorganizing the leagues, setting up travel teams, and starting T ball for the younger girls. If you’re interested and available to help, please join us.
Navigating the Website
We've got lots of information available on our website and we keep it updated throughout the season. Click on "Calendar" on the menu for a quick overview of upcoming events. Once we have the schedules input, you'll be able to see the season at a glance and check out scores and standings. Upcoming games and practices will be listed at the bottom of this home page. If you want information about your team, click on "Teams" on the menu and then click on your team. This gets you into your team's sub-site (and the background colors will change accordingly). From within your team's sub-site, you can click on "Schedules" or "Calendar" to see a listing of only your team's games and practices. Click on "Site Home" to get back to the main website.
Weather Updates
If the weather is questionable, please check here for updated information about any cancellations of games and practices. We will post cancellation notices by 4 pm on the day of a game or practice. Click this link to go to AccuWeather.com for Waltham's local forecast and radar.
