Tuesday, June 9 Lost & Found If you have lost an items or found one during a WLL event please email us a description of the item, where and when, and contact information. We'll be glad to posted it on our Lost & Found section. Wednesday, February 7 Parent Orientation Program As the parent of a Little Leaguer, you are committed to making your child's sports experience as rewarding as possible. Little League Baseball and Softball offers some tips on participating as a volunteer in your local league, as well as ways you can help develop the concepts of character, courage and loyalty in your Little Leaguer. Please review Little League's suggestions. WLL Parking Request for West St. Complex WLL is requesting all visitors to the West Street Complex their assistance to make the parking situation work. The League needs your assistance on these areas: -There is absolutely No Parking, Stopping or Standing on West Street. Please do not block the sidewalk on the area next to the driveway under the high-tension wires. -There is No Parking in any of the areas marked in yellow as the Fire Lane. These areas are along the bushes at the entrance of the driveway and in front of the Snack Bar. Aside from creating congestion around the entrance area, the area must be left open in the event of an emergency. -Several neighbors have requested that parents not turnaround in their driveways. Please honor their request. -The posted speed limit around the fields is 20 MPH. We have asked the Walpole Police to assist with keeping speed down as we introduce night games. -For night games, we are discouraging anyone from parking across the street at the Landfill. The street is not well lit and we do not want children crossing West Street after dark. -All night games will end at 10:00 PM with no exception. The lights will be on timers and the lights will automatically shutoff at 10:00. We ask everyone to try to leave the complex as quickly as possible to be considerate of our neighbors.
