Walnut Creek Little League: 2013 Registration

2013 Registration

13U/14U Club Team Registration (Coach's Link):
Coaches must first register their team name and pay the applicable team registration fee before individual players can sign-up for that team.  Only 13U/14U Coaches should use the link above.  Individual Players should use the link below to create their account.
13U/14U Club Individual Player Registration
(Includes Players on an already formed team and "Free Agents"): 
Players will be given the option to sign-up as a Free Agent or with an already registered team.  For players that are signing up as part of a team, please note that your Head Coach must sign up and create the team name first.  Players signing up as part of a team are not charged a registration fee -- it is already paid by the Head Coach.  Players signing up as a Free Agent will be charged a $125.00 Registration Fee.

New in 2013!!
 
Walnut Creek Little League has switched registration providers in 2013.  Our new provider will allow you to do a few things that we hope will make registration and documentation much easier, including:
 
  • Upload your child's medical waiver form directly to your registration account.  Coaches will be able to print off forms directly rather than collect from parents!
  • Upload your volunteer background check form to your registration account.  Coaches and other volunteers can load their form rather than mailing/faxing/scanning the form and e-mailing like in previous years! 
  • Select your child's jersey size at registration

Little League Registration - Refund Policy
Refund Policy: It is generally the policy of Walnut Creek Little League that full refunds (minus a $10 processing fee) will be issued for all draft-age players prior to Draft Day (typically mid-February). Full Refunds (minus a $10 processing fee) are available for non draft-age players through March 1st. There are no refunds issued after those dates unless extreme circumstances apply such as injury or relocation. All requests after the full refund date are handled on a case-by-case basis.
