Keith Cargan is the Senior Group and Head Coach of the Dolphin swim team.  Keith is a former high school and collegiate swimmer with experience coaching on the high school, college, and Master’s swimming level.  Keith is a level 2 ASCA certified coach and is currently employed full time by the Wallingford YMCA as the Aquatics Coordinator/Head Swim Coach.

Lianne Russo is a former Dolphin and Lyman Hall High School swimmer  who is in her first season as Purple 1 coach.  Lianne was instrumental to the success of the Purple 1 group for the past two years.  She is currently majoring in Child Psychology at SCSU.

Kate is from Bridgewater, New Jersey and just started her junior year at Quinnipiac University this fall. Her major is business management and she hopes to one day work in recreation management. Kate is passionate about swim instruction and has been teaching for five years and coaching for three. In the summer she is the aquatics director and head swim coach at a local club. She looks forward to being a part of Wallingford Dolphins 2009-2010 season.

Christine Bjornberg is a former Dolphin swimmer and former Sheehan High School Girls’ swimming captain.  She currently holds several Dolphin swimming records, including the 11 & 12 year old backstroke records and the 15 – 18 500 freestyle record.  Christine is in her junior year at Quinnipiac where she is majoring in Elementary Education.
