The 2008 Wallace Park 49'ers Football and Cheerleading
registration has begun ! ! !
Registration will be held every Saturday beginning May 3, 2008 from 12 PM to 2 PM. Please come out to the park to register your child. Please see the following registration and fee schedule.
2008 Dates Registration Fee
May 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st $150
June 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th $175
July 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th $200
August 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th $225
COME REGISTER EARLY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS ABOVE.
Registration will be held at the following locations:
Wallace Park--6289 Pisgah Rd., Austell, GA 30168 (Saturdays only)
Harvey's Emissions--Located on Floyd Rd, Across from Captain D's
Johnson Electronics--5855 Mulberry St., Austell, GA 30168

Insurance Card
Registration Fee
Deposit Check
