The Waldorf Muckdogs put together a strong comeback to defeat the Waldorf Mets 7-6 on Saturday.  Both teams hit the ball well but it came down to a great defensive stop in the last inning to preserve the one run lead for the Muckdogs.  With the tieing run on 1st, Jake Schmelzer stopped a hard hit ball up the middle to get the runner out at second. Congratulations to Jake for receiving the game ball.  Our next game is Monday 6PM at Rose Elemantary.  Please confirm by sending me a text or email.

Under the lights on field 6 the Muckdogs found their bats!  Hot bats were on display which lead to an 8-1 victory over the Waldorf Storm.  Congratulations to Kyle for receiving a game ball for connecting when it counted!  The Muckdogs continue to show improvement at the plate.  Tyler Bolden had a great catch on a pop fly to third.  If The Muckdogs continue hitting and playing great defense, they will be the team to beat in Waldorf Little League.
