Wednesday, February 11 District 3 - DISTRICT MEETING - February 14th Presidents, staff and guests: The District 3 Winter Little League meeting is scheduled for Saturday morning February 14th at the Microtel Inn & Suites in Elma from 9-11 am. Coffee and pastry will be provided. We will have a representative from the Tacoma Rainiers on hand and several potential fund-raising opportunities for your leagues. Safety will be a big part of this meeting so be sure you bring your safety officers with you. We will also update umpire training opportunities. Important league business will include submission of league boundaries with appropriate back-up and signatures from the 2009 presidents. I will also accept any constitution, bi-law and special rules updates. This meeting will also provide finalization of interleague play forms and any special game, combined tournament play or tournament waiver requests. Please come prepared with any IId and 4h waiver requests, as well as any 12 year old waivers (if you have had try-outs). Finally, we will bring all leagues up to date with District tournament schedules and proposed state tournament dates. See you all on the 14th. Steve Grandorff 2007 Tournament Information (updated june 19) Nisqually is the only league with juniors and seniors.
