District 3 Winter Meeting will be Feb. 11 at 9 a.m. at the Elma Timberland Library

Space is limited in this venue, so please limit your entourage if you can.
Steve would like presidents to bring a copy of proof of background checks for any volunteer you have appointed to a position for the upcoming season. If you don't have a background check on someone that will have repetitve contact with a child, then you should not have appointed them to any position yet.
Please bring an updated, signed copy of your current boundary map. Please bring a copy of your most recent constitution and bylaws.
If you plan to interleague, Steve will need the interleague application signed by your league and the leagues you plan to play; at each level of play. Reminder: Steve will not sign interleague play forms if all leagues listed on the form do not have an approved safety plan.
All waivers (IId, IVh, 12 year old and special) must be approved prior to any player trying out or being drafted.
Tournament rotation this year has 11-12 at Capitol, 10-11 at Larch Mnt and 9-10 in Elma; other leagues interested in hosting one of the three toc tournaments should be prepared to let Steve know at the meeting. If the 10-11 TOC is small like last year, we may allow a league to host two TOC's at the same time. Those wishing to host special games, i.e. weekend tournaments, etc. should be prepared with special games request forms.
