Catonsville Community College I-70 East to I-695 South to Exit 12, Wilkens Ave West. Turn left on Wilkens Ave. to Valley Road (approx. 1/3 mile). Turn right onto Valley Road and proceed through traffic light to CCC campus. Field House is designated as L Building - PDC
Discovery Sports Center From Northern Virginia and the South (I-95/495 Washington Beltway to I-270 North): From Frederick and West (I-70 East to I-270 South): 1.Take I-270 to exit 15B (Route 118 South- Germantown) 2. Go about three miles on Route 118 (Germantown Road) - best to stay in center lane to minimize lane changes as road narrows. 3. Turn right on Richter Farm Road- sign for S. Germantown Recreational Park 4. Go 0.6 miles to stop sign and turn left onto Schaeffer Road. 5. Go 0.6 miles to traffic circle, enter circle, and go right onto Central Park Circle. 6. Go 0.5 miles to Discovery Sports Center building on right. Parking available in front.
Francis Scott Key High School From Washington and Frederick County Proceed on Rt. I-70 to Frederick. Take Rt. 15 North towards Gettysburg. Turn onto Rt. 26 towards Baltmore. Turn left on Rt. 194 to Keymar. Turn right on Middleburg Rd. approx. 5 miles Turn right on Bark Hill Rd. The school will be on your left.
Frederick Sportsplex From (West) take either 340 East or 70 East: to Route 15 North to Route 26. Right at Light (Rt. 355). Right at Stop Sign (North Market St). One long block, make right on Worman's Mill Ct. First left, Brookfield Ct.
Gaithersburg Activity Center (Bohrer Park) Take the Route 124 exit (Montgomery Village Ave) to Route 355. Right onto Route 355 south (S. Frederick Ave). Go about 1.5 miles. Education Blvd is the first light after crossing Summit Ave. Make a right onto Education Blvd, building is at the 10 o'clock position on the circle.
Galudette University 1.70 east. 2.270 south. 3.495 east to Washington (left branch) 4.Exit 22B - 295 south (Baltimore/Washington Parkway) 5.Follow 295s into DC. 6.After you pass exits for Burroughs/Minnesota and Hayes St. start looking for Benning Rd exit. The only sign is hanging from an overpass ‘Benning Rd. 1/3 mile’ – Take the next off ramp, it is not marked. Bear right then yield left onto Benning. 7.Follow Benning for approx. 1-2 miles. 8.Watch for the Hechinger Mall on your right. Immediately following the mall Benning will fork. Take the right branch onto Florida Ave. 9.At the 3rd light you will see the Galudette campus surrounded by a black iron fence. At the fourth light turn right onto the campus, 800 Florida Ave. 10.Model School is in back of campus. Stay on Lincoln Circle. Right onto Draper Drive. Pass through parking garage, then left and immediate right onto and up Telegraph Hill Road which dead ends. Gym is to the left. Building #2 on the map.

Middletown High School Follow Alt.40 through Boonsboro and into Middletown. At the first light, turn left onto Rt. 17N. Approx. 1 block, turn right on to East Green Street. Take the next left onto Schoolhouse Drive. High school is on the right.
Northern High School D.C. Beltway (I-495) or Route 301 south to Route 4 south/east (to Calvert County). In Calvert County, right at third traffic light onto Chaneyville Road (skating rink on left). Go quarter mile to school on left. Gym is in far left corner.
Patuxent High School Take Rt. 4 South to Prince Frederick Then follow Rt. 4 South for 19 miles to Lusby Take a left on Rousby Hall Road (Road sign will mark Chesapeake Ranch Estates) Stay on Rousby Hall Road for approximately 1.4 miles Turn right at the Patuxent High School entrance The school sits back off the road.
Penn State University
Robinson Secondary School Take I-495/95 (Capital Beltway) to exit 54 (old exit 5). Exit onto Braddock Rd West Follow approx 5-6 miles to a left on Sideburn Rd (at a light) (past Roberts Rd). Take second left turn onto school grounds (see sign across from Oak View Elem). Next right will take you straight down to the front of school. Enter the main doors. Gym is to the left. Look for NOVA signs.
Shepherd University
Shippensburg University I-81 N take exit 10 (King St.). Go left at the end of the ramp, which is route 174. Preceed to next stop sign and turn left onto King St. Turn right onto Prince St. At the Shippensburg Campus entrance, turn right on Adams Dr, then turn left on Cumberland Dr. Heiges Field House is on the left at the bottom of the hill. Somerset High School Victory Youth Center
Volleyball House Take I-70E, Bear right onto Exit 91B/91A for I-695, Glen Burnie (outer loop-south). Exit 11B for I-95S. Exit 47A I-195E. Exit 3 US-1S toward Elkridge. Turn Right onto Washington Blvd./US-1S Turn left onto Levering Ave. Turn left onto Main St. Turn right onto Furnace Ave. Approx. 71.4 mi / 1hr.15min.
Westfield High School
William Talley Rec Center From Interstate I-70 Take I-70 west to Frederick. Take MD 15 north exit off I-270. Take the Rosemont Avenue exit off MD 15. Go straight at stop light (you will be on 2nd Street). Go straight at stop sign. Go straight at next traffic light. The Frederick Recreation Center will be on your right before the 3rd traffic light.
Xerox Training Center West side of D.C. Beltway (I-495). Route 7 exit west (to Leesburg). Go about 20 miles. After Route 641 (Ashburn Road) light, go 1.8 miles then right onto Xerox Drive (Training Center sign). After road becomes one-way going left, turn right into parking lot. Park at far right end. (Do not park on roadway. Car will be towed!) Walk 150 yards down road to facility to the right. Gym is in left basement.
