Information to help organize your team

Bench Time Chart

Equal playing time is a requirement in the in-house league. Use this chart to help you keep track of playing time.

You will want to keep the cumulative total as equal as possible as the season progresses. This chart allows you to subtract bench time (-2 for DNP) from the total for un-excused absences from practices and missed games. The lower number totals get the bench time. Re-total prior to each game.

This policy also rewards players that always show up with appropriate playing time.

Keep this chart in case parents complain that their child isn't playing enough.

Game Positions

This chart can be used to help you as a coach plan for your games. As a rule you should plan to play team members at infield and outfield positions. You should also rotate them every 2 to 3 innings.

Save it to your hard drive and fill in your player roster. Print it and fill in the appropriate positions prior to each game.
