U8-U10: $230 Total or Payment Plan
U11: $265.00 Total or Payment Plan
U12: $300 Total or Payment Plan
U13-14: $350 Total or Payment Plan

If you choose the Deposit Only Option:
The next two payments for equal amounts (same as deposit amount) will be charged on November 17, 2009 and again on February 16, 2010.

U8 - U10 Deposit ONLY Player Registration ($230 Total): $76.68
U11 Full Payment Player Registration: $265.00
