Checkout Kevin Trainor at Williamsport, 2008 International Good Sport of the Year!
Kevin was selected as the 2008 Little League Good Sport of the Year recipient by Little League International in Williamsport, PA. Kevin was chosen over every other candidate from every other Little League ... not only in our District, or our State, or our country, but in the world!!!
Way to go Kevin. You have made all of us in VSLL proud!

9/10 Softball - Second Consecutive State Championship!
9/10 Softball finished pool play in the State tournament with a 3-0 record, advanced and won in the semi-finals on Sunday and on Monday won VSLL's second consecutive 9/10 Softball Florida State Championship.

Challenger Division
The Challenger division began play in Spring 2007, with great success, and continues in 2008. Little League's Challenger division is designed for players ages 5-18 with mental and/or physical disabilities. During Challenger games, all players are matched up with a "buddy" that helps them around the field and offers them support. Players from our Majors divisions (baseball and softball) will be scheduled to act as buddies during Challenger games. This is a great opportunity for all involved. Congratulations to the following Viera Suntree Section 2 Champs!
9-10, Majors and Juniors Softball brought home Section 2 titles! Juniors Baseball will compete in sectionals on Saturday, July 19th.
