MISSION STATEMENT 

The Monmouth Ocean Volleyball League is formed to provide youth the opportunity to learn the game of volleyball and develop volleyball skills through competitive matches. Its goal is to promote volleyball and encourage youth to become active participants in a sports program.  The League seeks to develop the skills of the young players by providing competitive matches that are judged by a referee in preparation for competition in high school and beyond.            

The League will promote the values of hard work, sportsmanship and team building.  It will encourage the development of skills in all players while reinforcing Christian values in all aspects of the game.
