FOOTWORK DRILL

DRILL DESCRIPTION: partner the whole team off into pairs. One group on one side of net, the other opposite. On coaches cue, one side shuffle steps 6 paces left, the other side shuffles 6 steps right. Then both groups plant and jump block. The coach can get an idea of how everybody’s technique is coming along in a fast amount of time. Coach should stop the drill if you see anyone with bad form. 10 reps and switch directions.
