SERVE AND CHASE




DRILL DESCRIPTION: Toss ball and serve. Focus on keeping elbow and hand at shoulder height or above during the entire serving motion. Keep hand locked at the wrist. Serve the ball and chase it down. Run back and do again. This can be done with 6-10 players at a time and is a good way to warm up in practice. It will improve serving and serves as a conditioning drill as well.
