COOL DOWN/BALL MASSAGE




After practicing you should always cool down your muscles by taking a short, light jog
and stretching again. After doing this, find a partner who has volleyball. While you lie on the ground on your stomach with hands and feet spread out, have your partner roll the
volleyball up and down your neck, back, arms, and legs. This feels really good and is a
great way to relax after a tough workout. Switch partners after you are done-or better yet, let your partner massage you the whole time!
