NJSIAA State Sectional Semi Finals tonight at St. Mary's 7PM.
Come support your St. Mary Gaels tonight as they face Pingry in the State Sectional Semi Finals at 7 PM in our home gym.
In the other Non-Public Group B Semi Final, Hudson Catholic is facing DePaul Catholic.
The two winners (St. Mary or Pingry vs Hudson Catholic or DePaul Catholic) will meet on Friday for the NJSIAA Non-Public Group B State Sectional Final.

Updated Power Point Team Rankings (as of 18 January)
The NJSIAA released its official power point rankings for wreslting Wednesday morning. The rankings are through matches of Jan. 17.
The cutoff date for the state sectionals is Saturday, Jan. 28. The top 6 teams in each section qualify for the tournament.
The sectionals will run Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Feb. 6, 8 and 10 with the state group finals taking place Sunday Feb. 12 at the Pine Belt Arena in Toms River.

Great week of Wrestling as St. Mary improves to 12-3 !!
We started off the week well with a win over Queen of Peace on Wednesday and then travelled to Woodbridge for a loss against a very tough opponent. Saturday morning, Gael wrestlers put Friday night behind them as the team won 2 out of 3 at the Lyndhurst Quad with a close loss to Hawthorne and two big wins over Lyundhurst and Passaic. The St Mary Gaels now have 12 wins with only 3 losses. GO GAELS !!!

Saint Mary Wrestling improves to 9-1
With wins this week over Secaucus, Bayonne, Union City, and Lodi, Saint Mary Wrestling improved its record to 9 wins and 1 loss.
Also, thanks to all who attended and cheered at the match this past Saturday in Lodi. I know all wrestlers and coaches appreciated the support, especially since we were visitors in Lodi. It would be great to have the same support or even better as the season progresses. Thank You !!!
Good luck to our wrestlers this week against Queen of Peace on Wednesday, Woodbridge on Friday, and Hawthorne, Passaic, and Lyndhurst on Saturday.
