St. Thomas of Villanova Secondary School, in accordance with our School Board policy, has the following requirements for information posted on its webpages:

Students

· Written parental permission is to be obtained in order to display a student’s name or picture on a school webpage.
· A student CANNOT be identified by attaching his/her name to a specific picture, phone number or address.




Adults

· Written permission is to be obtained in order to display the name or picture of any staff member, school council member, or school board member on a school webpage.
· Adults CAN be identified by attaching their names to a specific picture, phone number or address with written permission.




Alumni (Staff and Students)
· Attempts will be made to contact alumni and obtain their permission for use of their name or picture on a school webpage.
