From Ambassador Bridge
Take I-75 North to exit 50 (Grand River Ave). Stay straight on the I-75 service drive. Turn right onto Woodward. Comerica Park is on the left.
From Windsor/Detroit Tunnel
Turn right on to Jefferson heading East. Get in the far left hand lane and do a loop around so you are headed West on Jefferson. Take Jefferson to Woodward Ave. and turn right, heading North. Comerica Park is about 10 blocks ahead on the right. (Woodward may be closed due to construction)
