Pair of Villains Wreak Havoc
In the last preseason tournament of the year, Villain wrestlers Nick Sgroi and Collin Eichhorn finished 2nd in their respective weight classes at the Halloween Havoc held at Glenn High school. Both wrestlers defeated state placewinners and qualifiers on their way to the finals. In the finals, Nick lost to a 4A state champion from Davie county and Collin lost to a multiple time placewinner and champion from Forsyth Country Day. Great job gentlemen.

Junior Collin Eichhorn continued honing is skills towards a 1A state title on June 20 by winning the High School 162 lb division at the NC State games in Charlotte. Great job Collin!!

Nick Sgroi took first place in the 130 lb weight class at this year's NW Conference tournament. Nick is a Sophomore this year and has progressed in the sport very rapidly. In the off season Nick plays football to remain active. Congratulations on your victory Nick!
