COACHING STAFF

Jerry Randolph- Head Coach

       Coach Randolph comes back to the Vikings staff for his second year as The Head Coach and the first former player to take this position  .  He brings with him four years experience as an assistant coach for the Vikings from 2006-2010 . Previously he coached in the select area for 7 years as an assistant coach and trainer for several select organizations . He currently holds an "F" license and will be furthering his licensing soon .

        Coach Randolph has two sons . The oldest Cameron played 4 years  and was a 3 year letter winner for the Vikings as part of the first father son letter winning combination . His other son Matt is a private  in the United States Army . Coach Randolph says " Matt has wanted to be in the military since he was 7 years old and is one of the few people I know actually living his dream "

      Coach Randolph says " I am so excited to  return this season . I look forward to working with the boys , parents and the booster organization to continue our recent successes ." He currently resides in Miamisburg with his  son Cameron .

Frank Fritsch - Assistant varsity coach

            Coach Frank joins the Vikings staff this year for his second year as assistant coach . Coach Franks focus will be team building , sustained high level of play , and player motivation . In the past he has been a Head coach and an Assistant coach in the Southstars soccer club . 

            Coach Frank says "  I am excited to work at the high school level and want to motivate the players to play to their potential and have a great time doing it . High school sports should be fun for the players and a learning experience to be great young men "

           Coach Frank  graduated from  Miamisburg then went onto college . He has a degree in Health Science Education . He resides in Miamisburg still with his wife Carla and two children Alyssa and Braxton .   

Will Heistand - Jv coach and assistant varsity

    Coach Heistand comes to the Vikings staff for his second year as  JV coach and assistant varsity coach . Heistand focus will be on individual/team building with coordinating the team's conditioning and lifting exercises . In the past he has worked with the select team , Valley United , as the assistant coach . His primary focus was the defensive side of the game for them .

      Coach Heistand says " I am excited to bring my knowledge and experience to Miamisburg , and help our players grow in skill and love of the game . Miamisburg has built a rich tradition as a powerful competitor in soccer , and  I plan to  build upon that as we move into the  future together .  "

    Coach Heistand currently resides in Germantown , Ohio with his wife Taylor and his dog ( boxer ) Turbo . He is in his Third year teaching science at Miamisburg High School , with the course Biology  and Physical World Science . As a side business he owns his own Taxidermy shop , Heistand Taxidermy , where he preserves deer , birds , and other animals .
