Important Dates!!!

• Wednesday, May 13th  @ VHS - Room E11   

         HAWAII- Informational Meeting and Commitment Deadline : (to be discussed-payment schedule, fundraisers, itinarary, etc).            $150   Deposit Deadline 

• MID JUNE- TBD : Mandatory Parent Meeting - (to be discussed - Guajome Lakes 5k, Hawaii, Beach Camp, Practice Schedules, Tentative Meet Schedule, Athlete team fees, fundraisers, etc)

• July 11th, 2009:  Guajome Lakes 5k:  6am @ Guajome Park ....all athlete and parent volunteer assistance needed :)

• July 27th - August 9th: Dead Period --Coaches may not have contact with athletes per CIF Rules

• August 12th - 16th: Tentative Beach Camp Dates (location : San Onofre Beach inside Camp Pendleton)

• Thursday, August 27th - Monday, August 31st : Hawaii
