Las Vegas Itinerary
September 12-14th 2008

Friday, September 12th
 
10:00am: Leave VHS back parking lot
2:00pm:  Stop in Barstow for Team warm up & Lunch
5:00pm: Arrive in Las Vegas; Circus Circus Hotel  
6:00pm: Dinner at Olive Garden
8:00pm: Back from dinner- go to rooms and settle down for the night
10:00pm: Curfew - get some rest & keep Hydrating!!!
 
 
Saturday, September 13th
 
6:00am: Meet in Lobby or designated area  DON'T BE LATE!
        Depart to Las Vegas Invite- Bring Uniform, warm ups, water, snacks   
        and $ if youwant to buy t-shirt
8:20am: First VHS Race- Girls Frosh-Soph race-other VHS races follow-Check times
********Everyone should walk and jog the course before their race & Warm-Up
********Make Sure your team warms up 45 Minutes prior to their race
********There are 2 Courses; 2.5 Miles and 3.1 Miles
********Leaders will be assigned for each group
********VHS Team Cool Down & Stretching- Last VHS Race @ 11:05am
11:45-12:30pm: Lunch at Veterans Memorial Park (SUBWAY-will be brought to the 
               meet)
12:30pm Leave Las Vegas Invitational for Circus Circus Hotel
2:00pm Meet in Lobby or designated area 
2:00pm-4:30pm: Swimming Pool, Free time in your room or Circus Circus Hotel 
                Gift Shops- (Adult supervision required for any of the above 
                options)
5:30pm-7:15pm: Team Tour of several Casinos with Coaches & Chaperones
              (Venetian, Cesar's Palace, New York New York etc.)
7:30pm: Dinner at Circus Circus Hotel – Meet at designated location
8:30pm-10:30pm: Free Time at Casino and Arcade/Game areas- Coaches and  
               Chaperones will supervise.  At 10:30pm Everyone meets at 
               designatedarea and heads back to rooms as a group.
11:00pm: Room Check- Everyone Must be in Rooms-Can talk, play games, 
               watch TV (no special ordered movies)...Must be Quiet! ---No Loud 
               Music or yelling, and do not damage anything in your room-you 
               will be accountable and penalized. No Switching or going out of 
               your room after curfew!!! Remember the Las Vegas Rules!
 
Sunday, September 14th:
 
10:00am: Leave Circus Circus Hotel for Vista.  BE ON TIME! Meet in Lobby or  
              designated area.
1:00pm:  Lunch in Barstow
5:00pm-5:30pm: Arrive at VHS
