Welcome to VHS XC...Home of the Vista Panthers! 
Our season is about to officially begin and we can't wait to see our athletes run their first race! We would like to thank all athletes who worked hard this summer and all the parents for their support at Beach Camp and at the 5K. Our parents are the best!
You can find a link to race results as soon as they are available to coaches. This sometimes takes about 1 day for meet directors to prepare so they are available usually by Monday.
Please remember that we leave on time for meets and we do not wait for anyone. We ask every athlete to be on time and are ready to go with all their equipment. Athletes are not allowed to compete if they do not make the bus.
As you cheer on your child please keep the following in mind:
- Review the course so you know where you can see your child run
- Please be alert and do not impede another runner as you run around
- Do not ever run alongside an athlete as that would cause us an immediate disqualification.
- Expect your child to be tired and don't expect them to come looking for you right away. They have a team cool down procedure that they are required to follow immediately following the race.
- Reminder: Athletes can not go home with you unless the proper paperwork has been filled out ahead of time.
- Enjoy and have fun watching your son/daughter participate in one of the hardest sports...XC :)
