California Youth Baseball

I want to give recognition to all of the coaches throughout Vesta that play "ALL" of their players, our youth especially in Shetland, Pinto and even Mustang are playing to have fun and learn, there is time for them to be a professional as they get older and better their skills. Too many coaches get caught up in titles, 1st place, 2nd etc. Just remember let the kids have fun, you will be suprised if you relax that you too will have fun..... A special Thanks to Cabe Powell, Shane, Wendi,Bob, Ray (sorry if I forgot anyone) and to all of the great parents on the California Nationals team, you have made my families 1st year at Californi Youth Baseball something we will cherish forever.

Thank you,

Lallier Family

Still never did find out why they cancelled our post season tournament. The way I understand it is that the post season tournament was cancelled to start practicing all-stars. If that is the case, I am sorry but that is just wrong. How do you prematurely terminate the season for the majority of the kids who come out and practice and play hard for the select few who either played well or are the "favorites" who might not really belong with that group anyhow.
