Aracely's CEVICHE
2 Lg Tomatoes
6 Celery Sticks
1 Medium Red Onion
one-half of a med. Yellow Onin
2 Cucumbers
1 bunch of Cilantro
4 to 6 jalapenos (serano) (fresh)
juice of 10 to 15 limes

one-half cup of Ketchup
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 cup Clamato
1 to 2 cans of chopped baby clams (drained)
1 lb. of small/med. cooked shrimp

Mix all ingredients together.   
If you want, you can also add Tapatio Hot Sauce after all ingredients are mixed.  Serve with Guerrero brand yellow corn tortillos

Sheryl's Whiffle Balls
2 Bags of Kraft Caramels
14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Bag of large Marshmellows
1 Lg Box  of Rice Krispies

Melt the Caramels.  Add about two-thirds of sweetened condensed milk.   Mix Well.    Stab a Marshmellow with a scewer.  Dip the Marshmellow in the carmel mixture then roll it in the rice krispies.  Pull out the scewer, stab another Marshmellow and do it again!
