Player Evaluations

Must bring proofs of residency, birth certificate, and volunteer opt. out checks made payable to VCLL for $75 if not already done so.
Friday, February 3 (3:30 – 5:30)
All 6 year olds be at fields between 3:30 and 4:00 pm
All 7 year olds be at fields between 4:30 and 5:00 pm
Any 4 or 5 year old players that have played T-Ball or Pony before and feel their child might qualify to play Farm MUST show up at the Friday practice to be considered. No player will be moved up without an evaluation.
Saturday , February 4 (9:00 – 4:30)
All 12 years olds be at fields between 9:00 and 9:30 am
All 11 years olds be at fields between 9:30 and 10:00 am
All 10 year olds be at fields between 10:30 and 11:00 am
All 9 years olds be at fields between 12:30 and 1:00 pm
All 8 year olds be at fields between 2:30 and 3:00 pm
Make ups (if necessary) Tuesday, February 7 at 3:30 pm
All 13, 14 and 15 year olds will be contacted for Evaluation date.
Note: Not all Prospective Managers and Coaches will be a part of evaluations. We will contact you individually.
In person registration events were held on November 12, December 10, December 17, January 7, and January 14.... but it is not too late to register. Click on the Register Online Now! tab to the left. The fees are $150 per player ($5 discount for siblings.) Includes shirt, pants, socks, belt, pictures and trophy.
*Please be sure to bring player's birth certificate and two proofs of residency (i.e. utility bills, etc.) to tryouts. Your child will not be registered and will not be able to participate unless age and residency are confirmed. Remember to check the VCLL Boundaries link on the left for eligibility requirements. We also require a refundable $75 deposit for volunteer opt-out. This deposit can be in the form of a check which will not be cashed or deposited unless a parent chooses to opt-out of our many volunteer opportunities.
