The Apple Valley Folkstyle Wrestling Club would like to invite all kids in the grades K-8 to join its program.  The club is for all skill levels and provides a great opportunity to make new friends and participate in the great sport of wrestling taught by top level coaches and AV high school wrestlers.  Rudy James, collegiate National Champion/4x AA, will again be the head coach. 

The season is beginning soon with sign-ups on Monday, October 26 from 7-8 p.m. and the first day of practice on Monday, November 2 at 6:45 p.m.  Below is a handout with further details and sign-up information.  If you missed sign-ups, it is never too late to join by coming to practice on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday at 6:45 p.m. and ask for Rudy.
