Valley Mesa Girls Fastpitch is a girls youth softball league dedicated to the growth and development of young ladies, ages 4 1/2 to 14 across La Mesa, Spring Valley, and the surrounding areas.  Our program teaches young girls how to work as part of team while having a great time learning the sport of softball.  They develop self esteem and self confidence while developing life long friendships through softball.

Our fall ball registration period has expired.  If you have a daughter age 6 - 14 please contact the league at valleymesa@cox.net to inquire about late registration.

There will be two sign up days at Lam Mesa Dale Elementary. 

July 25th 10am - 2pm

August 8th 10am - 2pm

You can also register in person at Tryouts on Aug 15th at 10am.

We also offer online registration, just follow the link at the top of the home page.

Fees:  $80 (Includes jersey AND umpire fees).

Games begin after Labor Day, practice begins after tryouts. 

Games will be one weeknight and one saturday game per week.

Fall Ball is open to all girls 6 and up.

Registration for Fall Ball will be starting soon.  Details will be posted soon.  We will be running 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U teams.  We do not run 6U squads during fall ball.

If your daughter is 6 and moving up to 8U next year, she is eligible to play up with the 8U's.

All current and future Board Members are encouraged to attend.

Our next board meeting will be Monday May 17th at 7:00 at the Round Table Pizza on Severin and Amaya. 

New board members are welcome, although your official duties will not begin until September. 

Other interested league members are also invited as we will be needing to discuss chairperson positions that are available.
