KITCHEN NEWS
Marty O'Toole, manager
Marty O'Toole, manager
Thank you to Billy Walsh for the new Snack Bar sign! Look for new simple kitchen instructions (setup / take down / preparing food items). Question of the day: Working the kitchen...should you order pizza?
Answer: If you're working the kitchen over lunchtime (and especially if there is a game after your team), then YES! Order 2-3 depending on "traffic" and what time it is. Pizzas are ready in 20 min. Kids are hungry when coming off the ice!
Hint: If ordering pizza before 2:00, call Arctic Island (Broadway Cafe) -- number is posted on door frame inside kitchen. Delivery MIGHT be available, else it's right by the rink (5 min there and back)!** Immediate kitchen concerns / questions, call Marty on the cell number. All other questions/suggestions/needed inventory, send an email. **
CORCORAN GAMES
Season games have started...multiple home games in the month of January. Remember: When Corcoran has home games (at Meachem), Valley as a huge opportunity to make money by running the kitchen. So, if asked, PLEASE help out!
