<font style="background-color: #000080"><font size="4">On behalf of the staff and I we would like to say, Thank you to all of our players that came out to be a part of the Virginia Cowboys 2007 Inaugural Season. As most of our followers know that we are an exciting team full of character, heart, drive and determination. In our 2007 season the Cowboys finished 8-10 which includes the post season Metro Bowl Tournament. As the owner of this franchise I am most proud of the accomplishments of the players, Coach Dion Foxx, support staff as well as the fans, because we as a 1st year expansion team were several times Nationally Ranked in the Top 50, were invited to an invitation only National tournament and is currently in the running for the best new franchise in Minor League Football which cover the entire United States. These things could not have been possible without my players who stood through all of the adversity, the ups, downs and the negative filled thought and ideas of doubters, but as young men that Love this game and our Community you rose above it all and I applaud you and Coach Foxx for his leadership.</font> </font>

<font style="background-color: #000080"><font size="4">Now let's get down to 2008, the Cowboys will be holding a series of&nbsp;tryout's throughout January &amp; February that will be annouced to prepare for Spring Camp in March. We will be looking for the best talent in Virginia to fill our roster next season as we are only going to have 40 roster spots available including our veterans as the competition level will rise. What does it take to wear the Cowboys Star? &quot;Positive Attitude, Dedication, Commitment, Respect (not just for self but others as well), Focus, Hunger to learn, and last but not least must be able to LISTEN and follow directions of our leaders.&quot; The Virginia Cowboys will in 2008 win the RAFL CHAMPIONSHIP and we are settling for nothing less. So get ready for an EXPLOSIVE 2008 COWBOYS SEASON..... because we are &quot;A&nbsp;TEAM FOR THE CITY.&quot;</font>&nbsp; </font>
