2009 Volunteer Application
We simply ask, actually Little League Rules requires this, that you fill out the enclosed volunteer form and submit to the league.
All volunteer managers, coaches and assistant coaches MUST complete and submit this form with a legible photo copy of your drivers license to the league annually.
Only 2009 volunteer forms with valid photo copy of drivers license will be accepted for processing.
Background checks are performed annually.
