<font face="Consolas" size="3">Virginia Beach Little League will be hosting Summer Baseball and Softball Camps&nbsp;</font><font face="Consolas" size="3">July 20 - 24<span>&nbsp;(session 1) and&nbsp;</span></font><font face="Consolas" size="3">August 10 - 14 (session 2).&nbsp;&nbsp;Virginia Beach Little League and 7 Cities Sports is proud to present the best in the Beach instructional baseball and softball camps for athletes <font face="Consolas" size="3">ages 7 - 14 who want to improve their skills.</font>&nbsp;<font face="Consolas" size="3">The daily program will consist of individual instruction in hitting, throwing, infield/outfield play, pitching/catching, Fast Pitch, and team concepts. Campers will participate in daily scrimmages.</font></font>

The&nbsp;Nationals jumped to a 9 - 1 lead&nbsp;over the&nbsp;American team at the end of&nbsp;one. The&nbsp;American team pulled to within 1 run in the bottom of the&nbsp;second inning. 
</p>
<p>
The&nbsp;American team over took the&nbsp;Nationals in the bottom of the third&nbsp;and never looked back.&nbsp; The bats&nbsp;of the&nbsp;Americans came alive and when the dust settled&nbsp;the&nbsp;American team prevailed and are the&nbsp;2009 District 8 Champions.
