Online registration begins Sept. 26, 2009. Registration fee is $220 thru Dec. 31, 2009, and is $240 beginning Jan. 1, 2010. There will be a $50 discount if you have proof of fee waiver eligibility through your school district. This discount is not available online, you must attend an in-person registration with documentation. Check out the home page for more details on times and locations.

When registering online PLEASE:

1. Make sure all information is complete and correct. Email addresses and phone numbers make communication so much easier!
2. If your child is playing or wishes to play for a specific coach in the UYIFL, please enter the coaches name in the appropriate box. While we will do our best to place your child on that team, we cannot guarantee placement once the team is full. All others leave blank and your coach will contact you as soon as teams are organized.
3. The registration page asks for your agreement with the waiver. Please read the waiver in its entirety. In addition, once registration is completed, there is a button for a printable version of the waiver.  You must print, fill in all information, and sign the waiver for our records. (It is recommended you print one for your own records). You may also come to an in-person registration to fill out and sign the waiver. Please mail signed waiver to:

NO CHILD WILL BE ALLOWED TO PLAY WITHOUT PARENTAL APPROVAL AND SIGNED WAIVER!

There will be a $40.00 fee for all returned checks which must be paid in full in order for your child to play.
