Sports Physical Info
NovaCare Rehabilitation is performing sports physicals on Tuesday, June 5th at their South Hills Sports Medicine Clinic located on 363 Vanadium Road.
USC athletes only have to pay $10 for their physical!!!
Call the clinic for an appt at 412-429-0885. They start at 3pm and will go as long as the appts made. YOU MUST CALL FOR AN APPT.
Please bring the proper CIPPE forms from our Athletic website. ( new sections added)
