Winners of the Men's, Women's, and Coed Open Divisions qualify for the National Indoor Championships to be held in Las Vegas March 19th to 21st
Winners of the Men's Over 30 Division qualify for the National Indoor Championships to be held in Detriot March 5th,6th,and 7th

Maximum roster (12) All teams must provide jerseys or pennies. In the event of a conflict of jersey colors, the home team will change jerseys. Shin guards are highly recommended for all players. A proof of age must be available upon request for all ages. A $25 service charge for each returned check. There will be no refunds after registration.
