Price - $1000 - Covers the following;
1- membership in the Palmetto Region and USAV, Supplemental insurance
2- two pair of socks and two pair of spandex, two t-shirts, one game jersey
3- 8 play dates or 6 tournaments
4- two practices a week (Wednesdays and Saturdays)
5- 3 hours of practice instruction per week or 8+ hours of game instruction on tournament dates from the UPSTATE Staff
Payment Options -
Full Payment of $1000 (receive one Upstate Volleyball Sweatshirt)
Four Payments of $250 - Payment one due upon registration by November 15, if your athlete is not selected to a team at Upstate full payment will be returned. *If they are offered a position on an Upstate team and select another club all but a $50 tryout fee will be returned to you. Payment two due December 15, Payment three due January 15, Payment four due February 15.
Selection of Players
I will be looking for players who are teachable and have a desire to learn. Our club is as much about learning how to live as it is about learning how to play. Please read our club mission, philosophy and purpose before making a decision. If your daughter cannot make practices or tournaments please do not tryout for our club.
Playing Time
While it is our desire and goal for athletes to gain as much game experience as possible, you are paying for training and club philosophy implementation. (see mission and purpose) Where and how much an athlete plays will be a coach and club director decision.
Teams
I will field teams base upon who and how many tryout. I will not put more than two age groups together to make a team. Example; four 17's and five 18's will be fine to field a U18 team. However I will not place only one or two older players on a team and make that team play up with out first having all involved agree. At this time possible teams are;
U13, U14, U15, U16, U17-18 (subject to change based upon evaluations)
Team size will be 9-10 players

Saturday, October 11
You must register with the Palmetto Region before evaluations. I cannot let you workout until this is done. Click on the Palmetto Region heading above follow the instructions and it will link you to the site. Make sure you list Upstate Volleyball as you club of choice.

PHILOSOPHY
It is the philosophy of Upstate Volleyball to create opportunities for athletes in the sport of volleyball in order to gain experience and increase skill. We at Upstate Volleyball are pro-active in supporting High School sports and desire to assist in the development of athletes so that they might go back into their high school programs and contribute at a higher level as players and leaders.
Upstate Volleyball promotes and teaches sound spiritual and moral values toward life and sportsmanship. We are a faith based organization that will only employ coaches who hold to and are in agreement with our philosophy and mission.
MISSION
It is the mission of Upstate Volleyball to provide a quality experience through the sport of volleyball that will encourage as well as challenge young women spiritually, socially, mentally, and physically.
