Our next practice date will be this Wednesday, 5:00 - 6:30 at Oakbrook Prep.   This date and time is for all teams.  Come prepared to practice!

1- We will size all players for practice and game uniforms. 

2- This will also be our first officials clinic session in preparation for the upcoming club season.

3- Our next practice will be after Thanksgiving week.  We will practice the three weeks before Christmas and pick up again after the new year.  Exact dates and team times will follow soon.

Both of the U16 teams will be playing in the same tournaments and likely the same facility.  I plan to coach both of these teams with the aid of a very qualified assistant Amber Wiles.  We are pleased to welcome Amber back to our club in this capacity.

Price - $1000 - Covers the following;

1- membership in the Palmetto Region and USAV (provides supplemental insurance)

2- game and practice uniforms (two pair of socks and spandex, two t-shirts, one game jersey)

3- 8 play dates or 6 tournaments

4- two practices a week (Wednesdays and Saturdays at this point)

5- 2 to 10 hours of instruction per week from the UPSTATE Staff depending upon tournament schedules

Payment Options -

Full Payment of $1000 (receive one Upstate Volleyball Sweatshirt)

Four Payments of $250 - Payment one due upon registration and tryout, if your athlete is not selected to a team at Upstate full payment will be returned.  *If they are offered a position on an Upstate team and select another club all but a $50 tryout fee will be returned to you.  Payment two due December 10, Payment three due January 7, Payment four due February 4.

Selection of Players

I will be looking for players who are teachable and have a desire to learn.  Our club is as much about learning how to live as it is about learning how to play.  Please read our club mission, philosophy and purpose before making a decision.  If your daughter cannot make practices or tournaments please do not tryout for our club. 

Teams

I will field teams base upon who and how many tryout.  I will not put more than two age groups together to make a team.  Example; four 17's and five 18's will be fine to field a U18 team.  However I will not place only one or two older players on a team and make that team play up with out first having all involved agree.  At this time possible teams are;

U13-14, U15, U16, U17-18 (subject to change based upon evaluations)

Team size will be 9-10 players
