Welcome to the LASC United Soccer teams official team site.  There are three United teams:  Boys U-16, U-13, and U-12.  These teams represent Lindenhurst, Illinois and the surrounding communities and proudly play for the Lindenhurst Area Soccer Club (LASC).  We take special pride in developing home grown players and offering them an opportunity to refine their skills in order to excel at all levels.The philosophy of the LASC United is solely focused on developing young players to the best of their abilities.  

We do, however, have some basic rules:

Players must bring a ball, shin guards, water, and a serious attitude to learn and train hard to every practice.

Practices are MANDATORY.  Please do not expect to play--unless you attend scheduled practice with your team and are punctual.  Exceptions are made for excused and unforeseen emergencies.  The importance of this commitment is based on the nature of team sports. When any player misses a team event it negatively affects every other player on the team.

Players must realize that this is not recreational soccer.  Our training is focused at a much higher level.

Players must always reflect respect for all authority figures, including coaches, trainers, referees, administrators, and, above all, parents. All coaching and player decisions (including team assignments) are made solely by the coaching staff of that team.

As in any endeavor, we expect players to responsible and disciplined in how they approach the game.  This includes everything from proper nutrition to sleep, and from conditioning to ball juggling.  We expect our players to not only play at practice, but also away from practice—and to the maximum extent possible, be a student of the game.

While development of players is critical to the United Stars, we also want to balance this with having fun.  A game truly isn’t a game unless it is fun.  This is a delicate balance, but one that is never too far from our actions either during practice or in games.

We look forward to an exciting and rewarding season!

• Check schedule using either the Calendar feature or viewing Upcoming Events below.
• Be at the fields at least 40 minutes prior to game start. 
• Always bring both jerseys--home team will change (the first team noted on the calendar). We will always use the Gold jerseys as our primary jerseys.
• Bring water to both practice and games.
• Always wear your white training jersey to practices. 
• At the end of practices and games, please collect all equipment, pick up all clothing, backpacks, and empty water containers.
• Check email and/or website if there if even the hint of inclimate weather for possible cancellation.
• Travel soccer is not a right, it is a privilege that needs to be earned every season; playing time is based on the effort you display week-in week-out throughout the year.
