The United will be competing in the Washington Area Girls Soccer league (WAGS) U16 age group for the Fall 2007 and Spring 2008 season. Based in Fredericksburg, Virginia and drawing players from throughout the area (Stafford, Spotsylvania, and King George Counties and Fredericksburg), the United is comprised of an athletically and academically talented group of girls.
United is coached by Gerry Austin. He holds many coaching licenses including a USSF "B" license and an NSCAA Advanced National license. His playing experience includes various semi-professional clubs in England and the Nashville Metros professional team in Tennessee. He has coaching experience at the professional, collegiate, Super-Y and club levels in both England and the United States.

Tryout information has been posted on the FASA Hotspurs website. Please click the link on the title for detailed information. The schedule for the U17 Girls is:
- Sunday May 18th at Legion Field from 1:00 - 2:30 pm.
- Thursday June 12th at Hotspurs Park from 5:30 - 7:00 pm.
All players (returning or new) must tryout... If you cannot make it to these tryouts, please contact Coach Gerry or Dan Mclaughlin.
