2010 Registration is now open!!!
Registration for the 2010 season is now open! At this time we will be registering all players league age 5 to 14. Divisions include T-ball, A thru AAA, Majors, and Juniors. To verify your child’s league age you can reference this 2010 Little League Age Chart. If you are new to Union Little League please verify that youlive within the Union league boundaries by checking this 2010 ULL Boundary Map. You must reside in the league boundaries to play in Union Little League. If you are not within the ULL boundary here is a site that can help you locate your league. Little League District 12 website Fees for the 2010 season are $190 for 5 and 6 year olds, $210 for all others. There will also be a $10 online registration fee at the time of registration. Registrations that are completed after December 10th will be charged a $25 late fee. In addition to the registration fees there will be other associated costs during the baseball season: Snack shack tickets, belt, socks, cleats, coaches gifts, and team banner can amount to approximately $100 in additional costs. Your registration is not complete until you have attended one of the Registration Verification nights December 3rd or 10th, 6:30 pm-9:00 pm at Carlton Elementary. At registration verification night you will need to confirm your child's tryout date and time. All players, except those planning to play T-ball, will need to tryout. Junior level players will be notified of their tryout date. 4th Annual FCA Pro and College Baseball Youth Challenge
PRO & COLLEGE BASEBALL YOUTH CHALLENGE

When: Saturday, November 14th, 2009 Time: 10am – 2pm Where: Santa Clara University Cost: $15/child What: This day baseball clinic is fashioned for kids ages (8 -14) will involve an assembly of talented professional baseball players and college student-athletes from various Bay Area universities including: USF, Stanford, Cal, Santa Clara, and San Jose State. Truly a one of a kind experience as these dedicated players from these schools unite to give back and make a difference teaching them baseball and helping to develop kids into leaders with character. Professional baseball players from the following organizations have committed to attend the baseball challenge: San Francisco Giants, Oakland A’s, Pittsburgh Pirates, San Diego Padres & Chicago White Sox. Special Guest- Tye Waller (Bench Coach for the Oakland A’s) will be teaching kids about baseball and share baseball and inspirational message with the kids. A panel of professional and college athletes will be interviewed to wrap up the baseball challenge. Kids will hear how the lives of these role models have been impacted on and off the field, inspiring youngsters to pursue a life of excellence...challenging kids towards pursuing their dreams and to not give up! Prizes will also be given away and a BBQ lunch will also be provided. Kids MUST be Pre-registered and turn in their medical waiver form in order to participate in this clinic. Scholarships are available to families in need. We encourage you to move quickly and sign up your child today as space is limited to the first 150 sign-ups!

Union Little League Objective
The objective of the Union Little League shall be to implant firmly in the children of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority, so that they may be well adjusted, stronger and happier children and will grow to be good, decent, healthy and trustworthy citizens.
