JUNIORS Evaluation Dates

Juniors evaluations will be held on Saturday, February 11th and February 18th.
 
We need Union Little League Umpires!

A mandatory training will be held, February 12th from 12-3pm at Baggerly Field in Los Gatos.

Get Late Breaking ULL News on Twitter

Important League news is always posted on our website and sent out to your e-mail address on file.  But sometimes the news is urgent and late-breaking and you’re on the go - like when fields have just been closed due to rain and you’re on the way to your game!

This year we’re using Twitter.  Don’t worry, you won’t be flooded with our tweets.  We’ll only tweet you rarely with urgent news.

To receive ULL mobile alerts through Twitter you must complete ALL of the simple steps below.  If you already use Twitter, you can skip what you’ve already done, but you still must do ALL the remaining steps below:

  1. Browse to Twitter
  2. Go through the Sign Up process
  3. Check the Tips section on the Account tab of your Profile page.  This has some helpful privacy hints.
     
  4. To register your cell phone to receive tweets, click the "Settings" link
  5. Then, click the "Devices" tab
  6. Enter your mobile phone number and submit.
     
  7. Next, set your account to follow ULL
  8. Click the "Find People" link
  9. Type ULLBaseball in the search box and click Search
  10. When you see ULLBaseball in the result list, click the "Follow" button
     
  11. Finally, authorize Twitter to send ULL tweets to your cell (note: standard text messaging charges will apply for any text messages you receive - consult your cell phone service plan for details)
  12. Click the "Home" link
  13. At the top right, under your username, you’ll see a count and "following" link showing how many users you’re following.  Click the "following" link
  14. You’ll now see a list of all users you’re following
  15. Find the listing for ULLBaseball
  16. Slightly to the right of the ULLBaseball name is an icon in the settings column.  Mouse over the link to get a pop-up which tells if you’ll receive ULL tweets to your cell phone.  You can toggle this setting On and Off just by clicking with your mouse.  Make sure the icon is green and the pop-up says "Updates are sent by SMS to your mobile phone"  See example below

Union Little League Objective

The objective of the Union Little League shall be to implant firmly in the children of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority, so that they may be well adjusted, stronger and happier children and will grow to be good, decent, healthy and trustworthy citizens.
