Rainout Procedure
All coaches, parents & umpires can call a ULL telephone number, 908-688-PLAY (7529). No phone calls from the league to the coaches will be made. Monday thru Friday, call the number after 4 pm and a message will tell you if your game is rained out that day. On the weekends, please call one hour before game time. This number is only going to be used for rainout info.

Pitch Counts Rules and Handouts
2009 Spring - Rules for Pitchers
The manager must remove a pitcher who is 11 or 12 years old and has thrown 85 pitches; the manager must remove a pitcher who is 9 or 10 years old and who has thrown 75 pitches; the manager must remove a pitcher who is 7 or 8 and has thrown 50 pitches. A player who has thrown 41 pitches may not play catcher for the rest of the game.
A pitcher, having reached a pitching limit, may continue to face the batter, until the batter reaches base, the batter is put out, or a third out has been made.
Option 2 Pitching Rules have adopted by Union Little League:

21-40 2 days rest
1-20 0 days rest
