Last Chance To Register For Spring 2012

On February 18th the UCLL will have its last open registration for the 2012 spring season at the Joe Joy Complex at 169 Morris Street. It will begin at 10 A.M. and end at 2 P.M.

PARENTS MUST REGISTER PLAYERS AT THE UNION CITY CLUBHOUSE AT THE JOE JOY COMPLEX LOCATED ON MORRIS STREET.

Baseball For Players Ages 5-12 That Reside Within the Union City Little League Boundries

Boys born between May 1, 1999 and April 30, 2007 are eligible to play.

Girls born between January 1, 2005 and April 2007 are eligible to play.

Softball For Players Ages 7-16 That Reside Anywhere In Naugatuck

Girls born between January 1, 1995 and December 31, 2004 are eligible to play.

Fees:

Non-Competitive Divisions (T-ball & Coach Pitch): $90

Competitive Divisions (minors and majors baseball and softball): $110

New Players: Must provide a parent/guardian with a legal driver's license or a state issued non-driver photo ID, an original or state certified copy of the player's birth certificate and TWO (2) additional proofs of residence (ie. Utility Bills, lease/rental agreements, recent pay stub with address listed)

On the weekend of March 17^th and 18^th the Union City Little League

 will have their annual skills evaluation (Try-Outs) at Maple Hill Elementary School’s Gymnasium.

Those participating in the skills evaluation must bring their own glove and be prepared to throw, catch, hit, and run. The try outs take place inside.

The Schedule is as follows:

Saturday March 17^th:

9:30 -10:15,  Softball Minors Division for all new 7-8 year old Girls

10:30 – 11:30, Softball Majors Division for all new 9 – 12 year old girls and all returning 9-11 year old girls not currently on a Majors Division team

11:30 -12:30,  Softball Junior Division for 13-14 year olds girls and Softball Senior  and Big League Division for 15 -18 year old girls (If Necessary)

12:30 – 1:15, Baseball 8 year old boys

1:15 -2:00, Baseball 9 year old boys

2:00 - 2:45, Baseball 10 year old boys

3:00-3:45, Baseball 11 & 12 year old boys not already on a Majors Division team

Sunday March 18^th:

12:30 -1:00,  Softball Minors Division for all new 7-8 year old Girls

1:00 – 1:30, Softball Majors Division for all new 9 – 12 year old girls and all returning 9-11 year old girls not currently on a Majors Division team
