The Vikings are returning to training after their amazing defence of their Shamrock Bowl title in August. The return of the college semester means loads of new recruits and these all have to be trained up in the game over the course of the semester. Training starts Monday 15th of September at 6 o clock in the Bowl behind the Sports Bar. All football equipment is provided all you need to bring are boots, shorts and socks.

 The standard of coaching in the Vikings has increased hugely over the last few years and we are delighted to have 3 certified coaches on our staff this year. It promises to be another great year for the Vikings as they seek to record a historic three in a row.
