Town of Ulster Little League Members,
Welcome to 2010!
REGISTRATION SIGN-UPS will be held at Ulster Hose #5 on the following dates only:
February 6th, (Saturday) 10am to 2pm
February 19th, (Friday) 6pm to 8pm
February 20th, (Saturday) 10am to 2pm
SIGN-UP FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
T-BALL $30 + ($50 work bond)
1 Player $45 + ($50 work bond)
Family $80 + ($50 work bond)
***THERE WILL BE A LATE FEE OF $25.00***FOR ANYONE SIGNING UP AFTER THE REGISTRATION DATES
If you are paying by check, please make out 2 checks, one for the registration and one for the work bond, made out the Town of Ulster Little League. The work bond check should be post dated June 1, 2010. The work bond check will be returned after members have completed their 6 hours of volunteer work before the end of the 2010 season. ALL ULSTER MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAND IN A BOND CHECK…. NO EXCEPTIONS….. The work areas (ex. Concession stand, field clean-up, registration, etc…) will be determined at the discretion of the Board.
WORKING IN THE CONCESSION STAND WILL BE A MANDATORY PART OF THE BOND HOURS FOR ALL ULSTER PARENTS/GUARDIANS (MANAGERS/COACHES ARE NO EXCEPTION). THIS LEAGUE IS RUN SOLELY ON VOLUNTEERS. WE ALL NEED TO DO OUR PART TO MAKE THIS FAIR FOR ALL INVOLVED.
Sign-ups must be done in person. All parents “husbands & wives, guardians, and anyone else that will have contact with the Ulster Little League must fill out a volunteer application AND attach a valid issued photo identification. We will have a copy machine available to copy photo ID’s. For the 2010 sign-ups, we need the following…… 3 proofs of residency dated for the current year 2010 (Utility bill, mortgage, insurance, school records, etc). Three (3) utility bills cannot be used. All documentation required must be presented at the time of sign-ups for your child to be registered, CHILD BRITH CERTIFICATE A MUST. REGISTRATION FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE.
